Banner Grid

Problem

Displays in public spaces need scrolling or cycling announcements visible at the edge of the screen without obscuring grid content.

Solution

Banner Grid places a cycling text banner at any screen edge (top, bottom, left, right). Announcements rotate at a configurable interval with optional scroll animation. Supports multiple messages in a queue.

UI Flow

  1. Open Settings > Overlays > Banner Grid.
  2. Choose an edge position (top, bottom, left, or right).
  3. Add one or more announcement messages.
  4. Set rotation interval and optional scroll speed.
  5. The banner appears over the padding area at the chosen edge.

Tier Availability

Pro only.

Known Limitations

  • One banner position active at a time.
  • Long messages may truncate on narrow edge positions (left/right).
