Writing markup for custom layouts is powerful but not visual. Some users prefer a point-and-click approach to grid design.

Solution

A visual table-like editor where you split and merge cells by clicking. Six built-in presets provide starting points, and all edits are interactive with immediate visual feedback.

UI Flow

1. Open Grid Designer from the Grid menu.
2. Start from a preset or a blank grid.
3. Click a cell to select it; use split/merge controls to reshape.
4. Apply the design to the main grid when satisfied.

Known Limitations

• Limited to rectangular cell merges; L-shaped or irregular cells are not supported.
• 6 built-in presets; user-created designs can be saved as FlexLayout files.
