Kiosk Mode

Problem

Public-facing displays must prevent audience interaction and hide all UI controls to avoid accidental changes or exposure of controls.

Solution

Kiosk Mode hides all toolbars, menus, and interactive elements. Mouse clicks and keyboard input are blocked except for the exit shortcut (Cmd+Shift+K). The grid runs unattended with no visible chrome.

UI Flow

  1. Press Cmd+Shift+K or enable via View > Kiosk Mode.
  2. All UI chrome disappears; the grid fills the entire window.
  3. Mouse and keyboard input is blocked.
  4. Press Cmd+Shift+K again to exit and restore controls.

Tier Availability

Cross-tier: unlocked by any purchase (Plus or Pro).

Known Limitations

  • The exit shortcut (Cmd+Shift+K) cannot be remapped while in Kiosk Mode.
  • Scheduled events (Smart Scheduling, Autopilot) continue to fire in the background.

Marketing One-Liner

Lock down your display for public spaces by hiding all UI and blocking interaction.
