Problem

Complex setups involving multiple scenes, schedules, and branding configurations need to be portable between machines and backed up reliably.

Solution

Productions bundle the entire project state into a portable .flexproduction file. Autosave runs every 30-300 seconds (configurable). Users can export, duplicate, and manage productions from a dedicated panel.

UI Flow

1. Open File > Productions to see all saved productions.
2. Create a new production or open an existing .flexproduction file.
3. Autosave runs at the configured interval (default 60 seconds).
4. Export a production to share or archive via File > Export Production.
5. Duplicate or delete productions from the management panel.

Known Limitations

• Media files are referenced by path, not embedded; moving source files breaks references.
• Autosave interval minimum is 30 seconds to avoid excessive disk I/O.
